Unconditional 100% Satisfaction:


We expect our customers to be 100% satisfied with the products we sell and the service we provide. If at any time in the next 90 days you are NOT 100% satisfied, you may send your purchase back for a refund for the price paid for the merchandise (minus what you paid for shipping), or you may exchange it for another item.



Errors & Defects:


In the unlikely event that we've made an error with your order or a product is defective, please send the item back with the order slip provided. Do this as soon as possible.

Important Notes about Returns & Exchanges:


We regret that we cannot refund delivery charges for returns or exchanges. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges associated with an exchange. If merchandise is returned in "as-new" condition within 90 days of purchase, a credit (minus what you paid for shipping) will be issued to the original credit card used for purchasing the item(s).



It is much easier to process your return if you include the packing slip that came with the item. If you cannot do this, please include the name & address of the person who purchased the item being returned and their phone number in case we have questions.
